A true lyricist, Heath Church's music is simple in the best way. Often catchy, sometimes melancholy, many of his songs include intimate vocals, poetic lyrics, and a warm acoustic guitar.
Watch Kansas City native, Heath Church perform his original songs, "You Might Like Me Now", "Fairweather Friends", "Kansas City Train", and "Low-Maintenance Life" in the gallery.
For our first-ever Lemonade Live Session, Heath Church performs 2 songs from his new EP Chemical Optometry as well as one unreleased track and another from his first EP. The session began with our favorite track: "You Might Like Me Now".
With his new EP, Church finds inspiration in his own battle with depression. He writes music in the hopes that others facing mental health issues will seek guidance (as he did) and hopes others can overcome the stigma mental health issues carry.
We hope you enjoy.
